I have seen quite a few dentists in my lifetime and the way how I gauge a dentist's ability to treat a patient is how well the dentist administers Novocaine. If I sense pain in the injection site, chances are I won't be back to that dentist for a second visit. Needless to say that I have scheduled a second visit to see Dr. Black this Friday.

Excellent treatment, accommodation, and disposition of the entire staff. Dr. Black provides commentary and feedback during the procedure to enable to patient to (1) learn about the current procedure and what is being done and (2) comfort you before he does something.
